Match the location to your goal
- Where you sit: Europe feels best on Germany (Frankfurt) or the Netherlands (Amsterdam). North America: USA (New York or Dallas) or Canada. India: Bangalore / Mumbai so traffic stays domestic rather than exiting via Singapore.
- Where the work must appear: if a site, broker or office tool only accepts a local IP, buy that country’s Admin RDP even if you travel. The desktop’s IP is what the remote side sees, not your laptop’s cafe Wi-Fi.
- Where your users sit: a support or trading box that serves EU clients should live in the EU even if you personally work from Asia.

Region by region
United States and Canada. USA RDP in New York suits traffic that also talks to Europe. Dallas sits nearer the centre of the US. Canada is the local choice for Canadian users and for work that should not leave Canada.
United Kingdom and Ireland. UK RDP is the obvious pick for British users and for services that still treat the UK as a separate network island after Brexit. Ireland is close in ping and is an EU member, which matters if the question is GDPR rather than accent.
