3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests made after the 48-hour window has passed.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
• Custom, promotional, or specially discounted orders where stated as non-refundable.
• Fees charged by third-party payment processors, where non-recoverable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Open a ticket through your client area or email support@buyadminrdp.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Crypto payments may be refunded in the equivalent value, subject to network and exchange-rate conditions.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
