We provide Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and related hosting services. Service specifications, pricing, and availability are described on our website and may change over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, without limitation, illegal activity, fraud, spam, hacking, malware distribution, and any use that harms our network or other users.
We may suspend or terminate services, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or to protect our network and other customers. Service terminated for abuse is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codifyed LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codifyed LLC from claims arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
